The Service provides information about beers currently on tap at breweries and establishments in Omaha, Nebraska. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of beer availability, tap lists, or brewery information. Tap lists change frequently, and we recommend confirming availability directly with establishments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, What's On Tap?! Omaha and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, if any.
