Tap lists and beer availability change frequently, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Service. We recommend confirming availability directly with establishments before visiting.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. The Service provides information about alcoholic beverages and is intended solely for individuals of legal drinking age in the United States.

4. Non-Affiliation with Breweries

What's On Tap?! Omaha is an independent service and is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brewery, taproom, bar, or establishment listed on the Service. Brewery and beer information is aggregated from publicly available sources. The presence of any brewery or beer on the Service does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
