Pale straw with a hazy glow, our White IPA opens with zesty citrus aromatics (grapefruit, orange peel, lemon zest) layered over soft wheat and a whisper of floral hops. Belgian yeast brings a delicate, peppery spice and subtle stone-fruit esters that round the midpalate; a light malt body and crisp bitterness keep the finish dry and quenching.
