A very complex Belgian Dark Strong Ale that supersedes the classification of a Quad onto a Quint at 14%! Multi malty layers of dark brown sugar, toast, chocolate, caramel with the very distinctive Belgian yeast characteristics of spicy phenols and fruity banana esters.
