Money in the Banana Stand

A German-style Weizenbock with a cheeky nod to Arrested Development. Deep gold to copper with a creamy off-white head and lively, long-lasting carbonation. Big Bavarian yeast character: ripe banana esters and clove-like phenolics, layered over rich toffee, toasted bread, and light caramel malt. Medium-full body with smooth, pillowy wheat texture and a warming, rounded alcohol presence that’s never hot. Finishes slightly sweet, with restrained hop bitterness and a soft, malty backbone. ‍ via GIPHY
